9th Installation Ceremony of Karur Angels

Our club’s ninth installation ceremony was held on 18th July evening at karur rotary hall (Salem road).

PDG Rtn ISAK NAZER(Past  District Governor Dist 3230, 2014-15)  presided the function  as the chief guest. Special address was given by Our club GSR  DGE Rtn Gopalakrishnan. Regional secretary    Rtn Balaji, Rtn Baskar, Asst Governor zone-23 Rtn Baskar. Asst Governor zone -24 Rtn Meena, DGN Rtn Kannan  and PDG Rtn Rajendran participated and graced the event.

New President Rtn yasmin sardar, Secretary Rtn Siva Manimozhi and Treasurer Rtn Ramya took over their responsibilities from the out going office bearers. Our President delivered her welcome speech and introduced the team directors & Board members. Our club activity is classified in to five avenues. The following activities were conducted with the support of our team & board members.

1.CLUB SERVICE : Monthly bulletin & Roaster were released by our chief guest.

2.COMMUNITY SERVICE: 200 Kgs of rice bags and 50 Kgs of wheat were given to Shanthi Nilayam. Siddharth from the home received the wheat, oil and soaps from us. Mercy home sisters received three ceiling fans and tube lights.

3.VOCATIONAL SERVICE: Nearly fifty women home guards were honoured with shawl and certificates.

4. NEW GENERATION : Table , Chairs and Beuro were distributed to Panchayat union school- Thirumukkudalore, Govt high school –Thumbivadi and Urdu school- Karur

5. International : $100 was donated towards TRF.
Our club has arranged free tailoring & computer classes to RCC Women-Thalavapalayam. Our chief guest has opened the curtains of the above mentioned two projects.
